Major changes that will change the meta-play:

FORBIDDEN SUBSTITODE will completely kill the frog OTK decks Zombie Glomp

HEAVY STORM is now FORBIDDEN!!! Sad

DARK HOLE is now LIMITED instead of FORBIDDEN ( WTF!!! ) Rant

RESCUE CAT IS NOW FORBIDDEN, which would slow down the x-saber archetype but not that much
FORBIDDEN BRAIN CONTROL means no more easy synchros Sad

(you can still use mind control)
LIMITED BLACK WHIRLWIND means b-wings won't be as fast anymore and might not even be meta anymore Surrender

LIMITED INFERNITY LAUNCHER would just make infernities... not as reliable
LIMITED MONSTER REBORN ( another WTF!!!) Rant

and in my opinion, the best change would be:

UNLIMITED CYBER DRAGON!!! WOOT!!! Very Happy

Or use YVD, But I preach about that too much, as i preffer YVD a LOT. Double chaos sorcerer is for happy though.

It's cuz X-Sabers aren't doing shit in Japan since we got all the good TCG-exclusives.

for anti-meta cards, Koaki Meiru decks are CRAP. they need to make it so that you don't need to show/ discard a card for them to survive and maybe Koaki Meirus will reach the metagame...then we'll have something to ban XD

Spellcasters can spam dark hole now, which makes me happy. ans sabers are OP-ish, without cat they lose some strength, but also people,sabers can be beat...remove darksoul from the grave and bottomless faultroll and you're good for the rest of the game.

now that i have cydra's unlimited, I want to put them all in my Cyber Dragon Deck but i want to keep them in my machina deck at the same time...
